Thank you for shopping with Eterna Accessories. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns: We accept returns on most items within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items of equal value within 3 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. These may include such as personalized products, perishable goods, or final sale items.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at customercare@eternaaccessories.com or call +92 321 321 3213 with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation on the outside of the package.

  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once we receive the original item and verify its condition. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customercare@eternaaccessories.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a replacement or refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customercare@eternaaccessories.com.
